Jeff Goins, Director
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Jeff holds a Bachelors in Finance and Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. In his twenty-five year plus career in the technology industry, he has led companies to a high level of success in developing quality software solutions.
Jeff has been responsible for developing alliances with firms on an international basis around the world. He continues to be a thought leader in acquiring and packaging technologies that meet key needs in the compliance, governance, data and risk analysis markets.
James Cerrato, Chief Product Evangelist
James has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). James has more than twenty-five years experience working for leading edge software companies enabling the company’s strategic vision to be realized in world-class software implementations. He has worked in software development, consulting and product management roles and has extensive expertise in object-oriented technology, meta-modeling and enterprise architecture.
At Adaptive, James is responsible for account management, sales, and supporting marketing processes for Adaptive. James has extensive knowledge presenting and demonstrating the Adaptive product suite and works directly with strategic partners. He plays a significant role in defining product strategy, including the product requirements from prospects and customers. James manages Adaptive’s relations with industry analysts.
Rich Hatlen, Executive Consulting Officer
Rich has a BBA degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University out of Tacoma Washington.
Rich brings extensive knowledge in leveraging enterprise architecture, metadata management, data governance and analytics. Rich is an experienced team builder with extensive global experience spanning 30+ years. He understands architecture and process techniques needed to leverage enabling technologies to ensure alignment to strategic initiatives.
Rich has been the lead architect for developing business architectures and integrated processes for such organizations as U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Executive Office of the President, Sprint, Bank of America, Federal Reserve Board, and many others.
Rich has a unique strength in creating models that tell the client’s “story” in a manner that is both intuitive and expressive. He has in-depth modeling experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, Process Analysis, and IT Architectures utilizing various modeling centric technologies.
At Adaptive, Rich is responsible to ensure, our clients are satisfied with the Adaptive capabilities in their deployment activities, and interacting with executive, business, and technical personnel.
